**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage company’s capital structure and review with senior leaders.
- Partner with various business teams to support financing decisions.
- Documentation for on-boarding investors and serve as the key point of contact for the investor community.
- Build analytical models to evaluate capital structure decisions including financing, return of capital, and contingency planning.
- Build and/or maintain deal collateral, teaser, one pager, Information memorandum, financial model, debt profile, and other important metrics. Etc
- Assist in research for various information cuts, new MVPs, new business lines, new financing structures, etc
- Assist in data mining for new financing structures, means of finance, and the nature of lenders/investors (both domestic and/or international).
- Model credit rating outcomes and assist in managing relationships with rating agencies.
- Support maintenance, user entitlement, and activities relating to Treasury workstation and electronic banking portals.
- Provide broad-based, analytical support to the Treasury team for cash management processes and initiatives.
- Your performance and interest would be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that, you should be:

- Pursuing CA
- Advanced level expertise with MS Excel, Word, PPT, and other similar tools.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
