**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section to the highest standards.
- Assist in developing new menu items in line with seasonal changes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Ensure all food preparation is in line with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or spoilage to the Sous Chef.
- Ensure timely service and proper portion control.
- Follow kitchen procedures and protocols, including waste control and allergen awareness.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and plating standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
