
Export Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven **Export Sales Engineer** to manage and expand our pharmaceutical machinery business in international markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, handling techno-commercial sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for order execution and after-sales support in overseas territories.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **international markets** for pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery.
- Handle **enquiry generation, techno-commercial proposals, price negotiations, and contract finalization** with overseas customers, agents, and distributors.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base through market research and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Service, Accounts, and Logistics) for order processing, machine readiness, dispatches, and after-sales service.
- Prepare and manage **export documentation**, commercial invoices, packing lists, and coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA (Custom House Agents).
- Participate in **international exhibitions, trade fairs, webinars, and customer presentations** to promote products and services.
- Track international market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments to provide market intelligence to the management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control as per company policy.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, customer visit reports, order forecasts, and MIS updates for management review.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of **pharmaceutical machinery and capital equipment sales**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in an international business environment.
- Good understanding of **export procedures, INCOTERMS, LC handling, customs clearance processes, and export documentation**.
- Ability to manage multi-country customers, agents, and distributors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Industrial Engineering** or a related discipline.
- **MBA in International Business / Marketing** (preferred).
**Experience**:
- **3-7 years** of experience in **international sales of capital equipment/pharma machinery** or industrial products.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
