**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Production Management:

- Supervise day-to-day operations on the production floor to meet production schedules and targets.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.

2. Team Leadership:

- Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and completed efficiently.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Enforce discipline, safety guidelines, and company policies on the production floor.

3. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

4. Equipment & Maintenance:

- Oversee the operation of production equipment, ensuring proper functionality and mínimal disruptions.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve breakdowns and schedule routine maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.
- Experience with production equipment, preventive maintenance, and workflow management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
