**Full job description**
1. Effective utilization of provided man power
2. Achieve line target and individual operator target with right quality
3. 100% feeding to individuals
4. On time verification of completed garments for billing.
5. 100% accurate data capturing of hourly report and on-time line board update
6. Material Transportation within line if required
7. 100% accountability received cut panels and trims
8. Team motivation
9. Team meetings with operators regarding performance of the line
10. Line Absenteeism and attrition control, maintain records
11. Update status/ issues to the immediate senior
12. Clearing of rework and stain within the same day
13. Maintain sewing line infrastructure
14. Personal and Environmental safety measures
15. Internal discipline
16. Hourly production report maintain
17. Accountability & Job card
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
