**Position - Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)**

**Employment Type - **Full-Time & Permanent

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Support new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards
- Review the Past trouble database and provide technical inputs for new product development.
- Responsible to monitor & solve the development phase Material related issues and records in issue library
- Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
- Promote the use of customer-preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System, Problem-solving tools
- Conducting PPAP and audits (system, process, product audit) at suppliers.
- Manage customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem-solving on time, cost recovery, and supplier warranty indicators.
- Ensure supplier compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System (TS16949/ISO9001).
- Reviewing supplier FTG (Fixture, tooling, and gauges) and quality inspection systems.
- Responsible to analyze the quality issues at the supplier end, ensuring action closure and further sustenance of actions.
- Implementing and ensuring QMS at supplier place.
- Lead supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and supplier performance.
- Work with the Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
- Support Purchasing with the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing /technology capabilities and Health, Safety, and Environmental risks.
- Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP).

**Skills & Requirement**:

- Graduate Degree (Mechanical /Electronics Engineering) 6+ Years of experience in similar role (supplier quality)
- Professional in supply quality assurance (trained in SPC,PPAP, MSA, FMEA, APQP, CSQ, Preferably Six Sigma Green Belt)
- Supplier Selection / Evaluation / PPAP /Process Audits / Supplier Quality Development program management
- Implementing Supplier Quality Management strategy and programs.
- Fully fluent in English communication

**Experience**:

- 6 to 15 Years of Experience

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
