**Job Title**: Digital Marketing, Graphics & Studio

**Location**: Thane

**Role Type**: Permanent

**Responsibilities and Attributes**:
Should be able to create media assets for print, and digital collateral, usable across all comm channels (Digital, SM, Print)
Must be able to design print level art work for OOH projects & BTL activities
Must know all specifics, sizes and requiremetns of graphics required across multiple formats such as Google Ads, Fb Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
Should be able to ideate and establish creative direction on new campaigns and should be able to bring new design ideas to the table.
Should be able to click, edit product photographs, both indoor and outdoor photography
Should mandatorily have adept level videography skills (including editing)
Good to have knowledge about devices such as gimbles and drone shoots
Should have demonstrated work in video production and editing for long and short formats
Should know designing and editing of powerpoints, should have demonstratable projects of executive slide decks
Should have designed landing pages, web pages for websites and campaigns
Should be able to work on internal graphics needs, such as designing of cards, stationary etc.
Must have a background of working on multiple brands and diverse brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Design a wide range of marketing literature including technical presentations & research papers
Good to have a network of Vendors/Agencies for outsourcing projects in critical situations
Knowledge of external resource providers such as shutterstock, envato is mandatory
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule as per internal TAT
Cohesive attitide of being comfortable working in a heterogeneous team/organization is mandatory
Problem solving nature in case of contingencies should be demostratable
Should be willing to travel for work (as and when required) and preferrable to be residing close to the head office

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years of experience in graphic design
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong designing and artistic skills
Excellent eye for detail, Should reflect in existing portfolio
Additional knowlege of the following is a big plus point:
a)Maya - 3D animation softwares
c)Gen AI, Artificial Intelligence for design and studio

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
