**Position Summary**:
The Retail Showroom Tailor is responsible for providing expert tailoring and alteration services to ensure an exceptional fit and personalized experience for customers. Working closely with sales associates and showroom management, the tailor plays a key role in maintaining the brand's standards for fit, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of alterations on men's and women's clothing, including suits, dresses, trousers, jackets, shirts, and special occasion wear.
- Accurately measure clients and recommend the best tailoring solutions to achieve an ideal fit.
- Collaborate with sales associates to understand customer needs and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of alterations and customer preferences.
- Ensure all tailored garments meet brand quality standards and are completed by the promised date.
- Perform fittings, adjustments, and final inspections of garments before customer delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tailoring workstation and equipment.
- Provide minor repairs and maintenance services, such as button replacement and zipper repairs.
- Manage inventory of tailoring supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Uphold company policies and represent the brand professionally to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress, preferably in a retail or luxury showroom environment.
- Strong skills in garment construction, alteration, and fitting for various fabric types and styles.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and other tailoring tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
