Job Description: Tailor for Boutique

Position Title: Tailor

Location: Anveshana, Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Production Head

Overview:
Anveshana is a high-end fashion boutique specializing in diverse and unique patterns. We are seeking a skilled tailor to join our team, capable of handling various patterns and maintaining a quick production pace for regular models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pattern Handling:

- Work with a variety of patterns, including complex designs.
- Modify existing patterns to fit customer needs and boutique standards.
- Garment Construction:

- Perform all tasks related to garment making: sewing, assembling, and finishing.
- Use sewing machines and other tailoring tools proficiently.
- Alterations and Repairs:

- Execute garment alterations and repairs as needed.
- Maintain the original design integrity during alterations.

Production Speed:

- Ensure timely completion of garments while balancing quality and speed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Quality Control:

- Conduct self-quality checks on all finished garments.
- Resolve any issues or defects in the tailoring process.

Qualifications:

- Experience: At least 5 years of tailoring experience, preferably in a boutique or high-end fashion.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in handling various fabrics and patterns.
- Advanced sewing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

Education: Formal training in tailoring or fashion design is preferred but not required with substantial experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
