**Position Title**: Associate Finance & Accounts
**This Role Reports to Manager** - Finance & Account

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
Responsible for timely and accurate financial accounting and reporting, preparation and audit of quarter /year end financial statements as per Ind AS, Regulation 33 of SEBI listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013, managing accounts payable function at corporate level, income tax accounting and intercompany reconciliation, provision accounting.

**Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce & CA**

**Total Experience Required (In yrs.)**: 1-3 yrs post CA

**Functional / Technical Expertise**:

- Sound Knowledge of Ind AS and Corporate Laws.
- SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015
- Relevant provisions on related party transactions, Managerial remunerations and disclosures under Companies Act’2013
- Working knowledge Goods & Services tax - Accounting perspective
- Working knowledge of Direct Tax laws - Accounting perspective

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for assistance in quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements on a standalone basis as per Ind AS and complying with the relevant provisions of Companies Act
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements and disclosures as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015
- Coordinating with Statutory Auditors and managing regular audit requirements.
- Ensure proper accounting of banking transactions, Forex, corporate expenses, income taxes, imports, warranty, inter-company transactions reconciliation and ensuring regular reconciliation of accounts
- Carry out periodical reviews/scrutiny of general ledger balances of Corporate and maintaining accounting hygiene at the highest level.
- Ensuring proper and accurate accounting through outsourced agency.

**WORKING CONDITIONS (PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMAND)**:
Mainly office based, but may travel to some extend for liasoning work or visit to our region/factory/ Locations/Banks.

**ACCOUNTABILITY & CHALLENGES**:

- Meeting the challenging timeline of Board meetings.
- GST - New indirect tax regime & updated with recent changes.
- Understanding the provision of expenses business wise, to ensure accuracy of data.
- Co-ordination with various internal & external stake holders
- Challenges in getting data from outside parties - banks, actuaries etc

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- direct Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- statutory audit: 1 year (preferred)
- MIS: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Chartered Accountant (required)
