**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Econote is looking for an Accounts and Finance Associate with 3+ years of proven experience in the field of Accounting and Finance.
We are looking for a pro-active finance professional who is technically sound and has knack for accurate financial reporting and efficient account management.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in tax filings, cash flow maintenance, and payroll processing.
- Managing company ledgers and recording business expenses.
- Assist in verification and rectification (if needed) as per compliance process and make changes in the books of accounts as per the national and international regulations.
- Managing day-to-day transactions, recording office expenses, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & loss statement, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Preparing financial report in MS Excel.
- Review and share suggestions on the existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Safe-keeping records and documenting financial processes.
- Complete financial reports on timely basis and sharing the information to the management team.
- Responsible for budget planning and financial forecasting post discussion with the department heads.
- Prepare and maintain all books of accounts.
- Prepare cash vouchers and maintain reimbursement records.
- Prepare International remittance forms and arranging supporting documents for the same.
- Prepare tax liability and deduction documents for employees and vendors.
- Prepare expense disbursement report for monthly disbursement of payments.
- Add entries in the Tally for all the expenses made and income received.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance profile or should have worked in a Chartered Accountant Firm.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Strong knowledge of financial compliances such as Income Tax, TDS, GST, etc.
- Knowledge of global compliance policies is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in book-keeping.
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime, and ERP 9.
- Strong knowledge of tax filing and compliance for the company, proprietor, and individual.
- Ability to work on deadline.
- An honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
- An organized and methodical approach toward work.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to (often complex) in-house systems
- Attention to detail.
- Should be updated about any changes in financial regulations.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English language fluency.
- Proficiency in using Excel and other MS office tools.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
