**JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND TASKS**

**Genral Description**:
Sales Manager-O&M BE/B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) with 7-10 years of experience.

**Role Description**: ANDRITZ O&M is looking for a O&M Sales Manager from the Hypdro Power industry and has experience in interacting with municipal clients. The position is open for New Delhi office.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to drive growth and achieve all targets and for Operator, ODM and OEM channels
- Formulation and Achievement of Annual Order Booking Plan with agreed contribution as per Management Guidelines.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM / NON OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues
- Implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned O&M sales market
- Follow entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complet sale process to manage OEM / NON OEM Sales
- Explore new O&M markets to widen market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.
- Study and Prepareation of Bid (online & Offline), submissions for management approval, negotiation with cross functions, final bid submission and Involve in direct customer negations
- Build and leverage relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate O&M opportunities, Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential for Hydro Power projects
- Preparation / reporting of monthly MIS
- Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales
- Analyze sales and O&M industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary.
- Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyze margins or reasons for lost orders.
- Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.
- Willing to travel and ensure prompt follow-up with customers for orders.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Education: BE/B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
- Experience: 7 - 10 years
- Languages: English, Hindi
- Product Know-How: Hydro Power plant Operation and Maintenance, Knowledge in Spare Parts
- Readiness to travel: Anywhere in the globe
