**About the team**:
Our team consists of skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work in cloud migration, DevOps, FinOps, datacenter migrations, AD migration and Infrastructure security across multi-cloud.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling L1 tickets in the queue for all our managed services clients.
- Develop strong cloud knowledge to support client environment with understanding of networking and compute and storage within Azure IaaS.
- Monitoring and optimizing cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of cloud technologies and services.
- Documenting processes, procedures, and configurations related to cloud infrastructure.
- Tier-1 support and troubleshooting of faults, alarms.
- Daily, weekly, monthly report generation.
- Azure Certification or Training is a must
- Monitor Cloud Services platforms for availability and uptime

**We are looking for an Apprentice with**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Azure are a plus.
- Excellent Communications & Problem solving skills.
- Must have skills: MS Azure/AWS/GCP, MS365, Windows
