We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **BDM - Wholesale Bank.**

**Experience**: 3+ years
**Location**: Borivali
- Work closely with other departments, including risk management, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Coordinate with senior management to align business development activities with the bank’s overall strategic goals.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure that all business development activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets in wholesale banking.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and target potential clients including large corporations, institutional investors, and government entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and cross-sell additional products.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the bank’s products and services.
- **Product and Service Development**:

- Collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings that meet the needs of the wholesale banking market.
- Provide feedback on market needs and customer preferences to drive product innovation.
- **Market Analysis and Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
- Analyze industry data to understand market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Track and report on sales performance, client acquisition, and market penetration.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments, including risk management, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Coordinate with senior management to align business development activities with the bank’s overall strategic goals.
