**About Us**:
Weddings by Evensia is a premium international wedding planning company that curates unforgettable celebrations across India and Thailand. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Event Coordinator** with excellent spoken and written English to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day planning and execution of weddings and events.
- Communicate fluently with clients (many of whom are NRIs or international), vendors, and venues.
- Assist in managing guest RSVPs, collecting travel details, and follow-ups.
- Handle vendor coordination, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the production team during pre-event setups and on-ground execution.
- Prepare and maintain event documentation, reports, and updates.
- Conduct market research for venues, artists, gifts, and décor ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or client servicing.
- **Fluent in English (spoken and written)** - must be confident in client and vendor interactions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
