**We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data through careful verification and proofing.
- Identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies in the data.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines for consistency.
- Organize and maintain files and records of entered data.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding data entry issues.
- Stay current with new data entry procedures and software updates.
- Perform other assigned duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formatting.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and procedures accurately.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
