**Position**:IT Domestic Recruiter
**Experience**:2 - 5 Years
**Salary** - up to 6 LPA
**Workdays**:5 days (Monday - Friday)
**Shift Timing**: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm IST
**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF)+ Incentives + Medical Insurance.
**Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks when necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT recruitment, including technology and market trends.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
