Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure the production targets and deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality.
- Create a production schedule and assign tasks to operators and workers to ensure that all production processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the productivity of operators and ensure that they are meeting their targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and all equipment is maintained in accordance with safety standards.
- Monitor the quality of the finished product and take corrective action if necessary.
- Develop and implement training programs for the production staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
- Analyze production data and provide reports to management on the performance of the production department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,933.27 - ₹35,385.24 per month
