**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns tailored to the travel and tourism industry.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis specific to destinations, travel packages, and seasonal travel trends.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize Quality Score and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align paid strategy with organic marketing goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, travel consumer behavior trends, and industry updates.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment and meet marketing objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
