**Company Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Customer Engagement**
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products based on their requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
- Promote new products and ongoing offers to customers.

**Store Operations**
- Ensure proper display and organization of products in the outlet.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the manager for replenishment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with store managers and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in local language(s); knowledge of English is a plus.
