**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:(List the major or most important job duties in order of most important to least important.)

The main job duties:

- Estimate effort required to design use cases and test specific functionalities
- Support test cases’ automation
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Executing test scripts and review results
- Report and document technical issues
- Investigate issues reported and provide steps to reproduce and solution where it applies
- Create test reports and app documentationSupport business experts, product owners and developers during the testing process

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform other duties as assigned.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**:( Titles of associates directly supervised.)

**INTERACTIONS**:(Describe the relationships and degree of contact with internal and external individuals or groups)
- Managers or technical persons in the IT Department
- Managers or functional persons in the Service line of business3 rd Party Vendors

**POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS**:(Special conditions required of the job such as travel, driver’s license, physical working conditions.)

Occasional international travel may be required - up to 1 per year.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required.)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge in QA methodology
- Good understanding of the SW development and testing lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Jira
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes
- Strong ability to work effectively with business managers, IT engineering and IT operations staffStrong communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to influence others

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:(The minimum education, certification, special training and years of experience required to do a satisfactory job.)
