Mandatory Skills:

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 / 2015 / 365 (min. 2+ years)
- TOSCA Automation Tool
- Full lifecycle implementation experience
- Functional consulting experience (4–8 years)
- Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Agile & Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- SSRS Reporting Services
- Requirement documentation & user acceptance testing

Good to Have:

- Dynamics 365 CE Modules: Field Services, PSA
- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow)
- Dynamics 365 Common Data Model understanding
- CRM configuration & integration knowledge
