Pre Sales Coordinator

**1.Inquiry Handling**:
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives.
**2.Website Analysis**:
- Review and analyze the prospect's website to gather insights on their business model, products, and potential requirements.
- Research the prospect’s industry to better understand their challenges and tailor the conversation accordingly.
**3.Needs Assessment**:
- Communicate with the prospect to validate their business requirements.
- Ask relevant questions to clarify their expectations, goals, and current pain points.
**4.Solution Matching**:
- Map the prospect's requirements to the company's products or services.
- Provide basic product information to the prospect and highlight key features that solve their problems.
**5.Demo Scheduling**:
- Coordinate with both the prospect and sales team to fix a time for a product demo or consultation.
- Ensure that the demo is scheduled with the right sales person based on expertise or product fit.
**6.CRM Management**:
- Enter all interactions and key details into the CRM system.
- Maintain and update records of communications, follow-ups, and status of inquiries.
**7.Follow-ups**:
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments or gather additional information if necessary.
- Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled meetings.
**8.Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff between inquiry handling and the sales process.
- Provide insights to the sales team based on prospect interactions.
**9.Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed the monthly target of setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
