We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes using Figma that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user needs and usability testing results.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design assets and provide guidance throughout the implementation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects you have worked on.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
