**Job Description: UI/UX Designer (0-2 years of experience)**

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer with 0-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, conceptualizing design solutions, and turning them into intuitive and engaging user experiences. **Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and project goals.

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process and identify user pain points and preferences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visually communicate design ideas and interaction flows.

Design user interfaces that align with user-centered design principles and best practices.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.

Advocate for a user-centric approach in the development process, considering user needs and usability throughout.

Assist in conducting usability testing and user interviews to gain valuable feedback for design improvements.

Work closely with the design team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to design discussions.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field (internship or freelance experience included).

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on usability and problem-solving.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Familiarity with design systems and the ability to create and maintain design libraries.

Knowledge of responsive design principles to create interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices.

Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
