**Job description**
- Teach English language and literature to students in classes 11 and 12, following the CBSE curriculum
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth
- Evaluation of answer papers provided by the CBSE board
- Foster a love for literature and language by introducing students to a wide range of literary works and facilitating meaningful discussions
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and personal development, offering support and guidance when needed
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate actively in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest developments in English teaching pedagogy and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into the classroom
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns or queries
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (classes 11 and 12) in a reputed English medium school.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance the teaching-learning experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
