**Job Summary**:
**1. TGT English (Trained Graduate Teacher - English)Responsibilities**:

- Teach English to students of Classes 6 to 10.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
- Organize and support literary activities such as debates, recitations, and school magazines.
- Use innovative teaching methods and educational tools to make lessons interactive.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student performance records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at middle or secondary level.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Proficient in digital tools for teaching and assessments.

**2. PGT English (Post Graduate Teacher - English)Responsibilities**:

- Teach English Literature and Language to Classes 9 TO 12.
- Prepare students for board exams with in-depth analysis of literary texts and writing techniques.
- Encourage critical thinking, literary appreciation, and analytical writing.
- Design and implement advanced lesson plans and project-based learning.
- Mentor students for inter-school competitions, essay writing, and public speaking.
- Keep up-to-date with latest curriculum changes and educational innovations.
- Guide students in research projects and extended assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching senior secondary students.
- Strong knowledge of English Literature, critical theories, and board exam patterns.

**General Skills Required (Both Roles)**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Familiarity with blended learning and tech-integrated classrooms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
