**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and inbound calls.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations over the phone to potential and existing customers.
- **Customer Management**: Manage and track customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or an UG from any stream
- **Experience**: Experience as a telesales executive or in a similar role(preferred). Freshers are also eligible.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using IT tools and software.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: Vasai West (5 mins Walkable from the station.)
- **Schedule**: 10 am to 8 pm - 6 days Working (with 1st and 3rd Saturday offs.)

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
- **Benefits**: Incentives and performance Bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,793.55 - ₹31,871.56 per month
