**Job Summary**:
**Required Skills**:

- **Factory Layout Design Experience**:

- Proven experience in drafting factory layouts that optimize space, streamline workflow, and meet operational requirements.
- **CAD Software Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for precise layout designs and modifications.
- **Lean Manufacturing & Process Optimization**:_**(Optional)**_
- Ability to incorporate lean principles to reduce waste and enhance process efficiency in layout designs.
- **Load Calculation & Structural Design**:

- Expertise in load calculations for distribution and designing structural elements like columns, beams, and supports as needed.
- **Safety Codes and Compliance**:

- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance in layout design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and understand the existing factory layout as a basis for new designs.
- Develop space-efficient layouts for the temporary factory within the initial 30-day period.
- Design a detailed, permanent layout within the following 30 days, optimizing for both functionality and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that all designs meet safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the layouts align with operational goals and production requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years in factory layout design, with a focus on efficient space utilization and regulatory compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
