- You're responsible for Leading and grooming team leaders ensuring all the process activities are completed and SLAs met_
- Responsibilities_
- _Update and maintain Employee Data_
- _Process Weekly, Bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly employee payroll payments on time._
- _Process On-cycle payroll and Off-cycle payments_
- _Setup and maintain general payroll deductions like benefits, W4’s, Garnishments etc.,_
- _Check and update Timekeeping system_
- _Handle payroll Inputs and reconcile in T&A system_
- _Process vacation accruals and reconciliation_
- _Reconcile tax reports for employees and employers_
- _Handling Robust SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as per agreed terms and conditions_
- _Perform Payroll Regulatory and Compliance Reporting_
- _Proactively Identify pain areas in the process and collaborate with the quality team / supervisor to come-up with lean ideas_
- _Good Communication and team player_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Commerce Graduate_
- _Significant experience in Accounting Payroll_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Excellent Social Skills and communication skills (verbal and written)_
