- Responsibilities_
- _Respond to employee queries - Tier 1 and Tier 2_
- _Manage outbound communications with respect to associate queries_
- _Assign to case Inquiry to Tier 2/ Tier 3 as required_
- _Escalate and handover Tier 3 queries to CoE or HRBP_
- _Resolve and research associate queries as required, inc. Annual Processes (i.e., annual compensation, open enrolment, etc.)_
- _Case management and case triaging inc. update case status on case management tool_
- _Manage concierge service requests_
- _Manage associate’s documentation (store / retrieve / create)_
- _Administration of inbound mail received for the shared services_
- _Follow quality requirements & act in compliance to local laws & regulations_
- _Additional responsibilities from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings_
- _Maintain process documentation & document templates_
- _Support content upload and updates on client portal (or its replacement), manage_
- inquiries related to client Portal (or its replacement) and access requests_
- _Review portal content - policy changes made by CoE, and Workday (or its replacement) guides to ensure updated and current content is reflected on portal_
- _Perform translation activities_
- _Generate employment verification letters_

- Qualifications we seek in you:_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s or equivalent education_
- _Relevant years of working experience in Payroll processing or pre-payroll_
- _Good communication skills for voice support_
- _Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes_
- _Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment_
- _Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward_
