**Job Title: U.S. Tax Specialist**

**Location**: Sundar Nagar, Naranpura ,Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Salary**: Up to 6 LPA - 7LPA (based on final interview)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare U.S. tax returns for individuals (Form 1040), trusts (Form 1041), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Form 1120).
- Assess and research complex tax issues to identify effective solutions.
- Expertly understand and interpret IRS clauses to ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement appropriate tax-saving strategies and provide tax planning advice.
- Handle and resolve tax queries from team members efficiently.
- Manage day-to-day activities and deliver high-quality work to clients.
- Collaborate with accountants on bookkeeping and review financial statements.
- Provide training to new team members and prepare training materials.
- Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies to minimize tax burdens.
- Assist with Schedule M1 - M2 adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. taxation within the KPO industry; bookkeeping experience is preferred.
- Proficient in preparing and reviewing tax returns, including Form 5471, 5472, 1116, 2555, and 4797.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in the KPO industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
