**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as an Associate. This role will primarily focus on US Accounting and Taxation, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

**2. Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of federal and state income tax returns.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, staying informed about changes in tax codes.

**3. Financial Analysis**:

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.

**4. Audit Support**:

- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of audit recommendations to improve internal controls.

**5. Client Communication**:

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify queries.
- Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries related to accounting and taxation matters.

**6. Compliance Monitoring**:

- Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes.

**7. Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
