**Designation: Client Servicing Executive**

1. Cultivating solid relationships with clients.

3. Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.

4. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.

5. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

6. Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.

**Key skills for business development executives**:
1. Strong communication and presentation skills
2. The ability to influence and negotiate with others
3. The ability to think creatively and strategically
4. Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
5. Proven Experience in client servicing executive

**Preferred**:
Knowledge /Experience in selling IT services, IT sales, Software sales will be preferred.

**Job requirement**: MBA/ PGDM, Any Graduate. Any Postgraduate.
