**Job Title: Client Servicing Executive/Manager**
**Overview**:
As a Client Servicing Executive/Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. Your main responsibility is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. You'll act as a liaison, communicating client requirements to internal teams and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
- **Client Needs Assessment**: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, and production, to ensure client projects are executed seamlessly and delivered on time.
- **Client Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to find solutions and prevent recurrence.
- **Account Management**: Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, billing, and invoicing processes.
- **Client Feedback Analysis**: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.

- **Experience**: Prior experience in client servicing, account management, sales, or related fields is preferred.
**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required for this role.
