**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Design and Content Creation Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in both graphic design and content creation, providing an opportunity to contribute to various projects and campaigns while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc.
- Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CANVA) knowledge of AI tools or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
- Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels.
- Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
- Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Content Creation**:

- Write engaging and informative content for social media posts, blog articles, website pages, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in developing content calendars and scheduling posts across various social media channels.
- Conduct research to gather information and insights for content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Generate illustrations & figures for courses, blogs, presentations

**Key Skills**
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CANVA) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of latest AI tools and prompt engineering for content creation
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.
- Good content creating abilities with a strong hold on grammar

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and social media platforms preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing design and content creation skills (if available) is a plus.

**Stipend**:Fixed (5000) + Performance Based Bonus.
