Graphic Designer and Video Editor Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Creation:

- Design engaging and informative visuals for educational content, including infographics, diagrams, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with our content team to create visually compelling presentations, worksheets, and other learning materials.

2. Marketing Design:

- Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.

3. Video Editing:

- Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media, advertisements, tutorials, and other promotional materials.
- Incorporate graphics, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality and storytelling.

Optimize video content for different platforms and ensure they meet the brand's standards and guidelines.

4. Product Design:

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our educational platform.
- Create visually appealing icons, buttons, and other graphical elements for our product.

5. Brand Consistency:

- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and channels, adhering to our brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve our brand identity through design.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketers, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for education and eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.

**Duration**:
This is a paid internship position with a flexible duration of 3 to 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

**Location**:
Remote position with the opportunity to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
