**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer records and update internal databases accurately.
- Resolve product/service-related issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-friendly attitude throughout communication

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least **25-30 WPM** with accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office.**:

- Freshers are welcome; prior **BPO / chat process experience** is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
