We are seeking a highly skilled Selenium Architect to join our team in Bangalore on a contractual basis. As a Selenium Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium WebDriver. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.

3. Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand testing requirements and priorities.

4. Perform code reviews and provide guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

5. Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in the testing process.

6. Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in test automation and implement them as needed.

7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.

8. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience (X years) working as a Selenium Architect or similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.

4. Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

5. Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
