We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Senior Data Analyst**

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage the MI reporting function for MSS Programmes relevant Businesses at a global level.
- Role is responsible for reporting business performance (financial / non-financial), headcount and key financial/operational indicators. It involves business partnering with MSS Programmes senior management, MI reporting and analytics. This includes ensuring the business performance (financial / non-financial) reporting continues to meet the needs of senior management.
- The primary function is to manage the production and reporting of accurate Financial / Operational Reports/Business metrics for the MSS Programmes and analyzing the global intercompany expenses, if any, for MSS Programmes and to provide relevant & timely information to aid business decisions. Particular attention must be paid to quality of the data to ensure accuracy of the information delivered to MSS Programmes Regional/global leadership.
- Reporting takes the form of financial/non-financial (business) performance at a Markets & Securities Services Programmes global, country, offshore site and customer group business level. Monitoring and reporting of global KPIs including relevant Programme costs, customer charges, recharges / recoveries, intercompany expenses and FTEs.

The role will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and enhancing business performance governance and control covering:

- Develop records management processes and policies
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data processes.
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators.
- Develop and support reporting processes. Monitor and audit data quality. Liaise with external and internal clients to fully understand data content.
- Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the employers business. Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools. Create dashboards, graphs and visulatistions. Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
- Establishment of controls and procedures, providing dynamic business performance reporting during periods of change. Support in converting the reporting and management proposals into operational processes on an ongoing basis
- Business analysis - analyzing existing processes, procedures and workflows, working closely with the onshore and
- offshore teams to ensure that a consistent and sustainable process is followed. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Effectively communicate with various functions under the scope of MSS COO Office and other parts of MSS for information gathering, query resolution and follow-ups.
- Interfacing - will be the responsible for all business performance aspects of MSS Programmes costs and related intercompany expense analyses on a timely & regular basis.

**Impact on the Business - Support**
- Responsible for the reporting of results and business decision support to the Global heads of MSS Programmes - become a trusted business partner. This reporting would be at LoB/Programme/Project level
- Proactively identify areas for automation at a Business/Programme level.
- Provide ad hoc support to senior business and finance management on MSS Programmes - wide requests using MI and KPIs
- Developer knowledge in tools like Qlik/Tableau to be able to design/modify user friendly Dashboards.
- Support the MSS GSC Programmes costs management team in meeting the deadlines and goals of the output in terms of reporting accurate capitalization numbers
- Work with the MSS Programmes business manager/operations team in providing the management information relating to intercompany expense accounting line, if any
- Support analysis of MSS Programmes charges to MSS LoB’s and provide business management support.
