Sales Executive

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Proven 2+ years of experience as a sales executive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.**:
- **Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management.**:
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to analyse market trends, identify customer needs, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- **Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.**

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
