Unhealthy Dietary Habits have not only taken a toll on the fitness of Adults but also on the Youth of India. These youth of India are the future of the nation. Statistics show that the majority of Indian Youth are unfit and this number is alarming in the urban areas. Concerned with the results of this research, Imperial International Sports Academy was founded with an aim to eradicate the problem of Child Obesity by making each and every student physically and mentally fit. By transforming the Youth of the country, IISA has taken up the mission of making India a fitter nation. IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. By enabling students to be fit and skilled, IISA has a vision of making India emerging as a "Nation of Sportsmen and Sports Women".

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. B.PED Degree from an accredited college/university.

2. Must have good communication skills.

3. 0 to 5 years of experience into Athletics Coaching.

4. Supervisory skills and must be familiar with coaching tactics and techniques.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Manage and supervise athletics activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship in students.

2. Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship at school.

3.Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback.

4. Monitor and enforce student eligibility criteria for extracurricular participation.

5.Identifying strengths and weaknesses of students.

6.Awareness about Health Issues and encouraging Healthy life.

7.Teaching relevant athletics Skills, Tactics and Techniques.

8.Including teamwork and team building among the students.

9. Take all necessary precautions to protect student athletes, equipment, materials, and facilities.

10. Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Atheletics Coaching: 1 year (required)
