**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective training programs for the football team
- Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and game rules
- Organize and conduct team practices and drills
- Evaluate players' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Plan game strategies and tactics for competitive play
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games

**Experience**
- Previous experience coaching football at the high school or college level
- Knowledge of various football positions, plays, and strategies
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
