**About Us**:
Homansh Galaxy Hotel is a premium 3-star hotel in Kanpur offering comfortable stays, fine dining, and warm hospitality. We are looking for a **smart and professional Male Receptionist** to join our front office team and ensure a smooth guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, calls, and reservations efficiently.
- Maintain records of room bookings and guest details using the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Manage billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when required.
- Stay updated with room availability, promotions, and pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience at the front desk or in hospitality.
- Fluent in **English and Hindi**; good communication & grooming essential.
- Ready to work in **rotational shifts**, including evenings/nights.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
- Complimentary meals during shift
- Accommodation (if required)
