Main Functions:
- Sales MIS: Maintain a comprehensive MIS data in Excel to track and achieve assigned sales
targets during specific financial periods, publishing periodic reports for analysis.
- Financial MIS: Share reports with the team to facilitate the achievement of targeted profits,
providing necessary insights and support.
- HR Functions Reporting: Manage manpower hiring and retail HR functions reports in Excel
and portals to ensure smooth operations.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Foster coordination between various department heads
including Front End, Finance, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR, supporting them with
structured and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Publish accurate and timely reports, maintaining a readily accessible data bank for any
requests.
- Generate and publish reports/dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with Operations and other support groups, measuring performance against
established KPIs.
- Provide insights on highlights and challenges for strategic course corrections.
- Engage with internal teams to identify analysis requirements, address process gaps, and
provide regular reports to enhance performance.
- Draft, check, and store various documents required by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a retail MIS executive.
- Ability to thrive in a start up environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant professional courses.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
