**About the role**

**Snapmint is looking for a UX Designer with a creative bent of mind, good analytical skills, a strong design portfolio, and a passion for designing simplified user journeys. Conduct usability studies and put together a detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions. Help define product requirements by collaborative brainstorming and high-level prototyping with cross-functional teams. Deliver great user experiences - Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback and usability findings. Design detailed wireframes with clear user journeys, information architecture, interaction flow, and interaction model, and user flow/process flows.**

**Required Skills**:

- Should be able to work in result driven environment with a data-driven approach
- Core understanding of conversions of tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
- UX research skills - interviewing, observation, benchmarking, testing, surveys, and understanding how to synthesize data to define actionable insights
- Work with cross-functional teams to attain business goals.
- Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study.
- 2+ years of experience in design.
- Experience working as a UX designer with a B2C startup
