**Responsibilities to be perform**:
**1. **Must have successful previous sales track records.

**2. **Plan and achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly sales Targets.

**3. **Strictly Follow daily field work norms such as meeting doctors and chemists, maintaining call average and coverage, doing Retail chemist prescription audits, and maintaining good relationships with all Healthcare professionals.

**4. **Demonstrate the company’sproducts to doctors and relevant healthcare professionals and generate prescriptions to increase Primary and Secondary Sales in your territory.

**5. **As per the Company's guidelines, timely submit daily work reports, sales and stock statements, Tour programs, and Input distribution reports.

**6. **Adherence to the Tour program.

**7. **Product-wise new doctors’ conversion to generate more secondary sales to achieve target.

**8. **Managing product distribution through Stockiest and Distributors.

**9. **Implementing marketing plan as per guideline, input distribution to proper Doctor in accordance with exact plan.

**10. ** Collect competitive information and Market feedback and share with Managers.

**11. ** Professional attire and good present-ability are required.

**Required Exposure**

1. Territory-wise Dental and Ophthalmic work experience would be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,129.20 - ₹38,651.28 per month
