- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute localized marketing campaigns in Andheri and nearby areas, combining digital outreach and on-ground promotions.
- Coordinate with local retailers, distributors, and partners to increase brand availability.
- Organize sampling drives, in-store promotions, and product displays.
- Manage social media content and engage with audiences to promote the brand.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing decisions.
- Track campaign performance and provide feedback reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
- Qualifications & SkillsMinimum **12th Pass**; Diploma or degree in Marketing/Business preferred.
- 0-2 years of marketing experience (FMCG experience preferred, but freshers are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to plan and execute promotional activities independently.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
