**Job description: -**

1. Collect overdue payment of personal loan by phone and other collection ways to help the company decreasing the bad debt.

2. Assist customers to repay the loan in proper ways

3. Record collection work clearly and logically.

4. Acquire and update the essential contact information of the customer, include mobile, address, company information, third party contact and etc.

**Requirement:

1. 12th pass minimum qualification

2. Have a strong communication, negotiation and coordination skill with optimistic and proactive personality.

3. Be able to work under pressure with strong teamwork spirit

4. Proficient in English and Hindi, familiar with a variety of local Indian dialects is preferred

5. Prior experience in retail loan collection or major in law or related areas are preferred.
