**JOB DESCRIPTION**
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, is a global leader in investment and wealth management. Its clients include institutions, high-net-worth individuals and retail investors in every major market throughout the world. The division offers investment management across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds. For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services including trusts and estates, loans, mortgages and deposits.

As an Associate on the Securities Based Lending Team (SBL), you will support the client need for lines of credit based on the quality and diversification of their asset portfolio. The group combines a focus on credit worthiness along with evaluation of collateral holdings as part of the underwriting process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Superve business operations
- Maintain staff by orienting, guiding and training employees
- Focus on results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and presenting outcomes
- Focus on transformational mindset and keep thinking of improving efficiency
- Drive change and clearly communicate the change and its impact
- Motivate to drive firms goals and adhere to agreed timelines
- Review and understand process to ensure all risks are covered all the time.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skill, especially with business partners.
- Excellent communication skills with various levels within the organization.
- Ability to review processes and recommend process improvements.
- Strong understanding of controls and their importance to an error free environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Adobe Acrobat / PDF editor skill set preferred.
- Bachelor degree required.
